Class Level Descriptions

  • PB Foundations

    Perfect for those new to Pilates or looking to build a strong base. This class focuses on fundamental exercises, proper alignment, and core connection, helping you move with confidence and control.

  • PB Evolution

    Designed for clients ready to build on their foundation, this class offers more dynamic movement, increased challenge, and a deeper focus on strength, coordination, and flow.

  • PB Advanced

    For experienced clients seeking a high-level challenge. This class moves at a faster pace with complex exercises that require strength, precision, and full-body control.

Group Sessions

Our small-group classes provide personalized guidance in a supportive setting of up to six clients. Some Pilates experience or private sessions may be recommended to ensure a comfortable, effective experience.

  • Mat Classes

    Foundational Pilates floor work designed to build core strength, flexibility, and postural awareness through fluid movement and mindful breathing. Props such as magic circles, resistance bands, foam rollers, and light weights may be incorporated.

  • Reformer/Tower Classes

    Equipment based classes which use spring-based resistance to support full-body strength, alignment, coordination, and balance. With an emphasis on breath, control, and thoughtful movement, these classes build core strength and help create a strong, well-balanced body.

  • Chair Classes

    These classes use the chair’s versatile design to support strength, balance, and coordination for a wide range of experience levels. Exercises are performed seated and standing, using adjustable spring resistance to build core strength, improve alignment, and support controlled, full-body movement.

    A dynamic complement to your Pilates practice that gets you up on your feet. CoreAlign challenges balance, coordination, and functional strength through full-body, upright movement.

  • Pilates for Pregnancy

    Safe, supportive Pilates for every stage of your journey. Our prenatal and postnatal sessions help you stay strong, stable, and connected to your body during and after pregnancy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel a scheduled group session, please cancel online or notify us a full 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged. For private sessions, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
