Healing Through Movement

We offer specialized Pilates support for clients affected by breast cancer, led by instructors who are trained and certified as Breast Cancer Exercise Specialists through the Pink Ribbon Program.

Every session is tailored to where you are in your breast cancer journey, whether you’re currently in treatment, recently finished, or years into survivorship. Our approach is gentle, personal, and always centered on helping you reconnect with your body at your own pace. There’s no timeline here, just thoughtful movement and a whole lot of care.

    How This Program Can Help

Our clients in the Pink Ribbon Program often tell us they feel stronger, more mobile, and more like themselves. Many experience improved range of motion in the shoulder and arm, better sleep, more energy, and less tension and fatigue. But just as importantly, this work can be deeply grounding. It’s a space to feel supported, cared for, and connected to your body during a very challenging time.

  • Up to six Pilates reformer machines with teal pads and metal frames arranged in a row in a well-lit studio

    What to Expect

We always start with a conversation. Your instructor will want to know where you are in your breast cancer journey, how you’re feeling, and what feels comfortable for your body. From there, we’ll design a session just for you, which might include gentle reformer and mat work, targeted exercises for the shoulder, arm, and upper body, and breathwork to help you feel grounded and at ease.

Sessions are always one-on-one, so you have your instructor’s full attention in a calm, private setting. There’s no rushing and no pressure. You just show up as you are.

    Who Is This For?

This program is for anyone who has been affected by breast cancer. Whether you’re currently undergoing treatment, recovering from surgery, or years into survivorship and looking to rebuild or maintain your strength, we’re here for you. No prior Pilates experience is needed at all.

We’ve Been Offering This Program Since 2010

Supporting clients through their breast cancer journey has been an important part of who we are for over 15 years. It’s one of the things we care about most deeply, and it reflects our belief that every body deserves compassionate, expert attention.
